Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a shocking drains smell in the rooms, and transitioning from a double to a twin was not ideal. However, the location couldn't have been better, offering proximity to all the main attractions while staying in a quiet area. The dining experience was poor, with limited options and unpleasant smells, but the hotel's facilities were decent.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are reasonably large but can be stuffy, and the buffet breakfast setup could be improved. However, the service is excellent after finding the staff, and the location is ideal for exploring the town. Dining options are satisfactory with room for improvement.
Upon arrival, the hotel didn't tell us what floor we were on, but the room turned into a suite with a separate sitting room and en suite, which was a pleasant surprise. However, there was a shocking drains smell that we didn't address until departure.
